Winner of over fifteen international prizes (France, Austria, the Netherlands, the United States), Adélaïde also received the award of Revelation Soliste Instrumental at the 24th Victoires de la Musique Classique, becoming the first percussionist to be nominated for an award at this event.

This young artist has performed at the Philharmonie de Paris, the Auditorium de Radio France, the Seine Musicale, the Grand Rex, the Opéra de Paris, the Opéra Comique, the Comédie-Française, the Mozarteum in Salzburg, London’s National Portrait Gallery, the Luxembourg Philharmonie, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, the Auditorium Rainier III of Monaco, as well as performing with the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris, musicians from the Swiss Romande Orchestra, the Latvian Chamber Orchestra, the Colombia Youth Orchestra, the Orchestre Dijon Bourgogne, the Orchestre Victor Hugo Franche-Comté, the Orchestre de Caen.

She has been a guest at festivals such as the Festival Présences, La Folle Journée de Nantes, the Festival de Pâques de Deauville, the Printemps des Arts (Monte Carlo), the Variations Musicales de Tannay (Switzerland), New Music Dublin (Ireland), Musica Nova (Germany), the MITO Festival (Milan and Turin), and the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (USA, Denmark and Colombia). Her concerts and masterclasses have taken her to Britain, Germany, Austria, Brazil, China, Colombia, Denmark, the United States, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland. She appears frequently on France Musique, Radio Classique and broadcasts for Medici.Tv, France Télévi- sions, CultureBox, Pathé Live.

Born to a family of musicians, Adélaïde began learning the piano and percussion at the Conservatoire of Dijon, before winning a place at the Paris Conservatoire at the age of 15. She completed her Masters in 2017, graduating with highest distinction. She also studied at the Royal College of Music (London) in 2016. In 2018, Adélaïde joined the Trio KDM alongside the accordionist Anthony Millet and percussionists Gilles Durot and Aurélien Gignoux. In the same year, she founded the Trio Xenakis with fellow percussionists Emmanuel Jacquet and Rodolphe Théry, resident at the Fondation Singer-Polignac. In chamber music, she has played with Renaud Capuçon, Bertrand Chamayou, Vanessa Benelli Mosell, Juanjo Mosalini, Pierre- Yves Hodique, Fanny Azzuro, Thibault Cauvin, Julien Martineau.

Adélaïde Ferrière has participated in numerous world premieres, and has worked with composers such as Philippe Hurel, Thierry Escaich, Martin Matalon, Hugues Dufourt, Alexandros Markeas, Camille Pépin, Jean-Pierre Drouet, François Narboni, Mikael Karlsson, Éric Sleichim, John Palmer, and John Psathas as well as the choreographer Alexander Ekman (world premiere of the Play Ballet at the Paris Opera in 2017) and the stage director Ivo Van Hove (world premiere of the theater piece Électre/Oreste at the Comédie- Francaise and the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus in 2019).

Her first CD, “Contemporary”, published by Evidence Classics in 2020 was dedicated to the great reper- toire for solo percussion (Le Choix de France Musique, 4**** BBC Music Magazine, Featured in « Le Monde », Joker Crescendo Découverte). She also appears on the album « Cities II » of the guitarist Thibault Cauvin (Title « New York » Mad Rush by Philip Glass) released by Sony Classical in 2017. Adélaïde Ferrière is a Yamaha Artist and a Kolberg Mallet Artist. Her arrangements are published by Edition Svitzer in Denmark. She is also supported by Adami, Safran Music Foundation, and the Engel- berts Swiss Foundation
