MTX/MRX series signal processors and XMV series power amplifiers updated to version 3.3
"MRX/MTX series" signal processor and "XMV series" power amplifier, which allow flexible and simple construction of sound systems requiring complex signal control and large numbers of inputs and outputs, have now been updated to version 3.3, further improving connectivity, expandability, and ease of use for these units. This update allows the head amps of the MRX7-D and MTX5-D to be controlled from a CL/QL series unit and the functions have been added to expand the functional potential of the MTX/MRX/XMV series, enhance system operability, and shorten design and installation time.
Control MRX7-D and MTX5-D head amps from a CL/QL series digital mixer
For example, in the sound system for a hotel banquet facility or a multi-purpose hall, the audio from about four mics could be aggregated by the MTX5-D for purposes of a small lecture or speech; its audio could then be adjusted by the QL1, or a DCP series unit could be used to make simple volume adjustments. For a panel discussion attended by numerous people or a music event, an R-series (ADDA) I/O box could be used to construct and operate a system that is appropriate for the scale and needs of the situation.
New functions and new speaker presets added
Functions have been added to expand the functional potential of the MTX/MRX/XMV series, enhance system operability, and shorten design and installation time. This provides improved usability.
- Stereo Pair function added to the fader components of the MRX7-D
- Function commands added to monitor the output and limiting status of the XMV series
- VXL series line array speakers and CZR series speaker systems have been added to the speaker library for the MTX/MRX series
